Club Championships & Oktoberfest Weekend

Registration Info
Cost: $10 per player (adults and juniors). For adults, the fee includes participation in two events max (one regular doubles, and one mixed doubles). Billing will be adjusted for players who attend Oktoberfest. Please register for all events you plan to attend.
Adult players must register in their current USTA rating division (not up or down)
Registrations are first come, first served
All registrations must be completed on CourtReserve
All Women's and Men’s Doubles matches will start between 8am-11am on Saturday morning, actual schedule may vary slightly based on registrations.
Mixed Doubles will all start at 8:00am or 9:00am Sunday morning.
Adult Players who register for Oktoberfest, will have their Club Championships fee waived.

Friday, Oct 17
4:00pm:
Junior Club Championships is a team format where two players register as a team and compete in both a singles match and a doubles match, with the team that wins two or more of these matches winning the round. This event is open to all juniors in the following clinics: Select 2, Select 3, Select 4, Futures, Smashers, Acers
Matches: Fast Four: games to 4 in singles with no ad scoring, and 10-point tiebreaker in doubles. Each pair is registering to play in both singles and doubles. Round robin format, multiple matches Friday and the remaining matches will play Sat or Sun.
Registration: Players will register in Court Reserve by searching for “Junior Club Championships”. Only one player per pair needs to register, and will be prompted to add both players. Court Reserve will bill each player $10. (This is a members only event)
6:00pm: Oktoberfest and Junior Award Presentations
Saturday, Oct 18
All adult doubles will be played on Saturday morning, finishing up early-mid afternoon. Times listed in the registration (for each level) are tentative and may be adjusted slightly based on overall registrations. Each match will be one set with no ad scoring, up to 5 rounds.
Players can register in Court Reserve by searching for “Club Championships” and then pick the registration for your NTRP rating. All players need to have an adult tennis rating in Court Reserve to register. If you do not have a tennis rating in our system, please contact Alex to help set that up. Only one player per pair needs to register, and that player will be prompted to add their partner. Court Reserve will bill each player $10. Divisions are capped at 6 teams max. Please join the waitlist if your division is full. If we have enough interest to create multiple brackets we will open up more registrations.
If you attend Oktoberfest, and register for Club Championships, you will see the billing come up for both. Once we have all the players confirmed, we will adjust billing for players who attend Oktoberfest. Please register for both if you intend to come for the party Friday night and also want to play in Club Championships.
