Cardio Tennis is a fun and upbeat program that is geared towards staying or getting in shape. This class does not focus on stroke development, but on footwork, muscle development, and cardiovascular stamina. Set to music, this high intensity clinic caters to all levels of play from the beginner to the advanced player. It includes a warm up phase, a cardio phase, and a cool down phase. If you are worried about keeping up, don't be. All players are welcome to catch their breathe or get water at any point in time during the program and can join back in whenever they are refreshed. This clinic holds a maximum of 8 participants. All registration is online. Deadline to register is every Thursday at 5pm. Class will not run if the minimum number of 4 participants is not met.
